The Role
This is a great opportunity for a data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join a growing insight team within a well-established but ambitious business. You’ll be working closely with senior stakeholders, supporting the delivery of insight-led digital marketing strategies for a range of high-profile clients.

The role is heavily focused on:

• Interpreting and analysing marketing and user data
• Identifying trends, anomalies, and actionable insights
• Translating data into meaningful recommendations for clients
• Supporting marketing performance across platforms such as Google Analytics and emerging AI tools

There is also a strong opportunity to get involved in cutting-edge work around AI and data strategy, contributing to new service offerings and helping shape future capabilities within the business. What They’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a research, analytics, or data-led marketing role
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Advanced Excel (or equivalent) capability
• Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly

Desirable Experience

• Experience with Google Analytics, BigQuery, or Looker Studio
• Broader understanding of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, web)
• Experience working in a fast-paced or agency environment
• Comfortable managing multiple projects or clients
